The Opportunity
Join Gallagher at an exciting stage of our technology evolution. As we invest in the future of technology and expand our Information Systems team to scale our platforms, services, and global operations, data and AI are becoming core drivers of innovation and business performance.
As Head of Data, AI & Analytics, you'll define the strategy, operating model and roadmap that transforms data into a trusted enterprise asset. You'll lead the development of modern governance, engineering, analytics and AI capabilities while shaping how Gallagher responsibly adopts emerging technologies to deliver measurable business value.
Working closely with the CIO, Architecture, Cyber Security, business leaders and technology partners, you'll establish scalable data platforms, strengthen enterprise governance and unlock new opportunities through analytics and AI. From modernising our Azure, Databricks and SAP ecosystem to fostering a truly data-driven culture, you'll play a key role in Gallagher's continued global growth.
What You’ll Do
Define and deliver Gallagher's enterprise data, AI and analytics strategy, roadmap and operating model
Build and mature enterprise data governance, quality and stewardship across the organisation
Lead the evolution of modern cloud data platforms spanning Azure, Databricks, SAP and Power BI
Drive the adoption of AI, advanced analytics and data science to deliver measurable business outcomes
Partner with business leaders to unlock value through trusted insights, reporting and predictive analytics
Champion responsible AI, ensuring strong governance, ethical practices and regulatory compliance
Develop and inspire a high-performing Data, AI & Analytics team while growing enterprise data capability
Drive continuous improvement across data maturity, platform performance and enterprise decision-making

You'll bring:
Significant leadership experience across enterprise data, analytics or AI within a complex global organisation
Proven success delivering enterprise data strategy, governance and large-scale transformation initiatives
Strong expertise across Azure data services, Databricks, Lakehouse architectures, SAP data environments and Power BI
Experience establishing enterprise data governance, quality, metadata and stewardship frameworks
Strong understanding of AI, advanced analytics and responsible AI governance
Commercial acumen with the ability to demonstrate value from data and technology investments
Outstanding stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership skills
