About Gallagher – Animal Management
Our purpose at Gallagher is ‘Protect what matters most’, and we live it every day.
Within Animal Management, we build world-leading technology that helps farmers run more productive, sustainable, and connected operations. From our headquarters in Hamilton, our solutions are used in more than 160 countries - improving farm performance while supporting animal welfare and environmental outcomes.
Behind that is a highly connected global business powered by strong leadership, collaboration, and execution — and that’s where this role comes in.
The Opportunity
This is a career-defining opportunity to work alongside our Chief Executive - Animal Management and Executive Leadership Team at the centre of a fast-moving global business.
More than traditional executive support, this role is about becoming a trusted right-hand partner - someone who brings structure, momentum, and coordination to how the leadership team operates day to day. You’ll help keep priorities moving, communication flowing, and leaders aligned across multiple regions, time zones, and competing demands.
No two days look the same.
One moment you’ll be coordinating leadership meetings and global communications, the next you’ll be improving processes, untangling competing priorities, or ensuring key initiatives stay on track behind the scenes. You’ll be deeply connected across the business, working closely with senior stakeholders and becoming a go-to person for keeping things running smoothly.
Because we operate globally, flexibility matters in this role. Our Chief Executive and key stakeholders work across different time zones, so there’ll naturally be occasions where early starts or after-hours availability are needed to stay connected and keep momentum moving. In return, you’ll have genuine variety, autonomy, exposure to senior leadership, and the chance to be part of a business making an impact around the world.
This role suits someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, loves being at the centre of activity, anticipates what’s needed before being asked, and gets real satisfaction from helping a team operate at its best.
