About Gallagher – Animal Management
Our purpose at Gallagher is ‘Protect what matters most’, and we live it every day.
Within Animal Management, we build world-leading technology that helps farmers run more productive, sustainable, and connected operations. From our headquarters in Hamilton, our solutions are used in more than 160 countries - improving farm performance while supporting animal welfare and environmental outcomes.
Behind that is a growing digital ecosystem spanning eCommerce, customer platforms, data, and marketing technology - and that’s where this role comes in.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent next-step opportunity for someone building their career in digital project delivery, digital commerce, marketing technology, platform delivery, or digital operations.
You’ll play a key role in planning, coordinating and driving delivery across our digital marketing ecosystem. Working with Marketing, IS, and global teams, you’ll manage enhancements, keep initiatives on track, and ensure our platforms and data support commercial growth.
The role is highly collaborative and strongly delivery-focused. It suits someone who enjoys owning the day-to-day movement of projects, connecting people, simplifying complexity, and turning plans into tangible outcomes. You’ll translate business and customer needs into clear requirements and priorities, manage dependencies, and keep multiple initiatives progressing from concept through to delivery.
Reporting to our Head of Digital Commerce and working closely with technical specialists and delivery teams - your focus is on project coordination, prioritisation and delivery outcomes.
What you’ll do
You’ll own and manage the delivery of digital initiatives from concept through to delivery, including:
Coordinating digital commerce and marketing platform enhancements end-to-end
Acting as the day‑to‑day delivery lead between business stakeholders, IS teams, and external partners
Gathering requirements and translating customer journeys and business needs into clear, actionable work items
Working with global stakeholders, IS teams, and external partners to gather requirements and keep initiatives progressing
Translating customer journeys and business needs into practical, actionable priorities
Supporting delivery planning and governance processes, including Big Room Planning (BRP)
Tracking progress, risks, dependencies, and competing priorities to keep work aligned and moving
Supporting adoption and performance improvements across CMS, eCommerce, and analytics platforms
Enabling stronger data practices to improve reporting, customer insights, and personalisation

You might currently be working as a:
