We’re looking for someone with solid customer service skills and a genuine interest in agriculture, farming, rural, or agribusiness environments. This role sits at the intersection of customer support and commercial activity, working closely with resellers and customers across the farming sector.
You’ll manage relationships within your own territory, supporting customers with orders, pricing, and product enquiries while gaining hands-on exposure to account management and broader commercial operations. This role is well suited to recent graduates or early-career professionals with agricultural exposure who are looking to build practical business experience in a supportive, team-focused environment.
About this role
Forget the high-volume, script-reading call centre environment. This is a territory-based customer service role where you’ll become the key contact for resellers and customers in your region.
You’ll work closely with Territory Managers to support customer needs, ensure smooth order processing, and maintain strong ongoing relationships across your portfolio.

About you
We’re looking for someone with energy, initiative, and a genuine passion for customer experience, along with agricultural experience or exposure. You might be a recent graduate with an agriculture background, someone with retail or hospitality experience in an ag-related environment, or currently working in customer service and ready for the next step.
