The Opportunity
We’re seeking a self-starting National Channel Partner Representative to join our Strategic Alliances team. You will be based near a major US city to enable extensive travel, with this role requiring up to 50% travel across national and global channel partners. Your mission: identify, maintain, and expand relationships with key partners, unlocking new opportunities and driving Gallagher solutions to more customers.
This is a role for someone who is ready to hit the ground running. You will develop strategic partner programs, enable integrators, and work closely with internal teams to maximize growth. Success in this role requires strong channel sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and security.

Who You Are
You bring at least 8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the physical or electronic security industry, with proven success in partner or channel management. You have experience supporting large, national, or global partners, and already have established relationships with major security integrators.
You are a confident relationship builder, able to create demand, enable partners, and deliver results from day one. You thrive on new business development and enjoy working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
You bring:
- Expertise in partner management, business development, and strategic account planning
- Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven decision making
- A collaborative, adaptable mindset with a strong “can-do” attitude
- Proven success supporting large, national, or global channel partner accounts
- Deep understanding of security integrator business models, partner ecosystems, and sales processes
- Experience in complex enterprise or high-security vertical markets
- Background in security integration, project management, or systems distribution (preferred)
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
