The Opportunity
We’re seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth across multiple verticals in Canada West. You will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, prospecting new opportunities, managing complex enterprise accounts, and collaborating closely with Channel Sales Managers and Technical Solution Specialists.
This is a remote role based in Vancouver (Lower Mainland), with the opportunity to travel within the region to engage with end users, key influencers, and channel partners. This is a role for a self-starter who is ready to hit the ground running and deliver results from day one.

What Success Looks Like
You are a results-driven business development professional with at least 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in technology or security. You excel at solution selling and can communicate complex technical concepts clearly. You are ambitious, analytical, and able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
You thrive on prospecting new business, building strong relationships, and exceeding targets. You demonstrate integrity, accountability, and a positive “can-do” attitude while managing multiple priorities under pressure.
You also bring:
- Strong account management and strategic planning skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Emotional intelligence and a customer-focused mindset
- Adaptability, lateral thinking, and a collaborative team approach
