The Opportunity
We’re seeking a high-performing and strategically minded Product Marketing Manager to amplify the reach and impact of Gallagher Security products and solutions. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will partner closely with product and solution leads, sales teams, and regional marketing managers to craft marketing strategies, campaigns, and resources that influence buyer behaviour and drive product success in the market.
This is an exciting chance to embed yourself within the Security business, become the go-to expert on product features and benefits, and ensure global marketing teams are equipped to deliver consistent, compelling messages that resonate with customers.
In this role you will:
- Build a deep understanding of Gallagher Security products, solutions and market positioning.
- Collaborate with product and solution leads to inform product development and ensure marketing strategies reflect real customer needs.
- Lead the Market Ready Planning process, creating go-to-market strategies and messaging frameworks for each product solution.
- Manage the creative development of marketing assets and campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and global standards.
- Equip sales teams with the tools, resources, and knowledge to promote products, engage customers, and drive adoption.
- Coordinate with regional marketing teams and agencies to deliver consistent messaging and impactful campaigns across all markets.
- Conduct market and customer research to develop buyer personas and insight-driven campaigns.
The Fit
You are a commercially and strategically minded marketer with experience driving product and/ or solution adoption and awareness in a global or B2B context. You have the creativity to develop compelling campaigns, the insight to understand customers deeply, and the organisational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in product/ solution marketing, ideally within a global company.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate product knowledge into actionable marketing plans.
- Experience managing creative campaigns, budgets, and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey customer value clearly and persuasively.
- Tech marketing and/ or cloud-based product marketing an advantage
