The Opportunity
Bring your passion for marketing and organisation to Gallagher as our new Marketing Administrator in Warwick. This varied and engaging role is key in supporting the European Security Marketing Team to deliver the European Marketing Plan, including events, campaigns, and day-to-day marketing operations.
You’ll be at the heart of our marketing function, helping deliver engaging campaigns, coordinating events and webinars, and supporting both our sales and technical teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, from assisting with merchandise and collateral to managing visitor experiences and internal events, you’ll be central to making our marketing team shine.
Your role at a glance:
- Assist with ordering, shipping, and managing European merchandise.
- Support content creation and execution across digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, webinars, trade shows, and “Event in a Box” kits.
- Manage office and team meeting requirements, including catering bookings and visitor support.
- Assist in preparing reports, surveys, meeting notes, and communications for marketing campaigns and events.
- Support the European Marketing Manager and Marketing and Event Manager with agenda, briefing, and general administrative support.
- Help ensure a seamless, professional experience for internal and external visitors, reflecting our Gallagher family culture.
- Occasionally support UK-based external events, which may require early starts or late finishes.

You’ll thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting a wide range of marketing initiatives. If you’re proactive, adaptable, and love making things run smoothly, you’ll feel right at home at Gallagher.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing environment.
- 5 GCSEs grade 4 and above, including English and Maths.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple demands under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with energy, warmth, and professionalism.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Driving licence.
- Experience supporting events, campaigns, or digital marketing initiatives (desirable).
