The Opportunity

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships and exceeding goals? As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving Gallagher’s growth by connecting with customers, identifying new opportunities, and delivering outstanding service. This is an hourly, hybrid role where we prefer at least 2 days in the office. Our office is located in Riverside, MO - next door to the Kansas City Current's Soccer campus and state-of-the-art Morton Amphitheater! The hourly rate is $25.00 with a 15% bonus potential.

What You’ll Do

Drive Sales Growth:

• Achieve and exceed annual sales targets for assigned customer segments
• Conduct a minimum of 30 outbound sales calls per day
• Proactively reach out to each customer at least every 45 days
• Support special events, product campaigns, trade shows, and seasonal initiatives
• Identify and prospect new dealers, agencies, and associations
• Promote new and additional products to existing and potential customers

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:

• Maintain accurate customer records in Gallagher’s SAP CRM system
• Respond promptly to inquiries about products, pricing, and availability
• Provide quotes, estimates, and information on credit, contracts, warranties, and delivery
• Ensure timely order processing and resolution of returns or credits
• Address customer complaints and service issues with professionalism and creativity

Collaborate & Contribute:

• Participate actively in team meetings and cross-functional projects
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations
• Support colleagues as needed and champion Gallagher’s values and objectives

Teamwork

• Attend and be an active participant in team meetings
• Work alongside other functional areas of the organization and external partners to achieve smooth flows of both information and material
• Back-up and/or support co-workers as time off or workloads require
• Support the goals and objectives of the Gallagher’s Senior Management Team

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in inside sales, customer service, or call center environments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable with extended periods of desk work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
• Experience with CRM systems and Power BI
• Strong organizational, planning, and mathematical skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
