The Opportunity

We’re on the hunt for a bold, strategic leader to take charge of Gallagher’s retail sales channel across Australia. Reporting to the General Manager - Pacific, this senior role leads a team of 7+ direct reports, and influences cross-functional teams across marketing, business development, operations, supply chain, and finance.

This role is not just about sales - it’s about retail channel mastery.

We need someone who knows how to drive performance, optimise execution, and build powerful reseller partnerships. You’ll shape the future of our retail strategy across Gallagher, Thunderbird, and Norton, ensuring a seamless customer journey and sustainable growth.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Owning and evolving our national retail channel strategy

• Driving execution excellence across brands and categories

• Building and managing high-impact commercial partnerships

• Leveraging data, tech, and insights to futureproof the channel

• Leading and developing a high-performing sales workforce

• Championing customer experience and retail optimisation
