As a Customer Service Representative at Gallagher, you’ll kickstart your journey toward an exciting career in account management or beyond - this is your launchpad for a future career path! You’ll be responsible for a specific region, building strong, ongoing relationships with resellers and stores - not just taking random calls, but working with established contacts to handle order, pricing, and product queries.
You’ll take charge of your own region, becoming the go-to voice for your territory and teaming up with the Territory Manager - the face of your patch - to make a real impact.
This role offers a unique blend of administrative and order management tasks, inbound calls from your territory’s resellers and stores plus the occasional chance to connect directly with end users and see the difference you make firsthand.
You’ll have the chance to build valuable connections within the industry, all while enjoying great hours and working in a small, tight-knit team.
What you’ll be doing:
Responding to customer enquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for resellers + customers.
Partnering with Territory Managers to support key initiatives and grow customer relationships.
Keeping accurate records and managing customer data.
Contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment to ensure team success.
The Fit
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take the next step from a call centre or customer service background, or who has experience in account management. You’ll thrive in a role where you can own your region, build relationships, and make a real impact. The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in call centre customer service and/or account management.
A customer-first mindset with a passion for providing great service.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
The drive to work in a collaborative team environment and take on new challenges.
Agricultural or farming exposure is highly beneficial, but not essential.
