Based in Canton, this hybrid internship offers the opportunity to work in the office three days each week while gaining hands-on exposure to troubleshooting, customer support, technical documentation, training development, and product education.
You’ll support the Technical Support and Training teams in delivering a high-quality customer and employee experience. Working alongside experienced team members, you’ll help resolve routine technical questions, maintain practical learning resources, coordinate training activities, and identify opportunities to improve support and training processes.
This is an ideal opportunity to build technical capability while strengthening your communication, documentation, customer service, and training skills in a collaborative global organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assisting with the initial review, documentation, and resolution of routine technical support inquiries under the guidance of experienced team members
Helping reproduce reported issues, gather relevant information, and escalate complex matters with clear notes and supporting details
Communicating professionally with customers and internal stakeholders through approved support channels
Creating, updating, and organizing troubleshooting guides, knowledge articles, FAQs, job aids, and other technical resources
Supporting instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training materials and assisting with scheduling, participant communications, attendance tracking, material preparation, and follow-up
Testing training exercises, product demonstrations, and support documentation for accuracy, usability, and clarity
Tracking recurring questions and feedback to identify product, process, and learning improvement opportunities
Maintaining accurate records in support, learning, and documentation systems, and participating in team meetings, product briefings, and assigned projects while following security, confidentiality, and data-handling requirements

You bring:

A basic understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, or cloud-based applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly
A customer-focused approach, curiosity, and willingness to learn and respond constructively to feedback
Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assignments independently and collaboratively
Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools, including Microsoft 365
Experience that would be a plus:
Previous customer service, help desk, tutoring, facilitation, or training experience
Experience creating presentations, videos, job aids, or other learning content
Familiarity with ticketing systems, learning management systems, knowledge bases, or remote support tools
Interest in technical products, adult learning, customer education, or instructional design
What You’ll Learn
You’ll develop structured troubleshooting and customer support practices while learning how technical knowledge is translated into clear, practical content for customers and employees.
You’ll gain experience communicating with customers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams; using support data and learner feedback to inform continuous improvement; and working with technical products, documentation, and training programs.
If you’re ready to launch your technical career, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to high-quality support and training resources from day one, we’d love to hear from you.
