As demand continues to grow across Australia, New Zealand and international markets, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to drive the next phase of our growth journey.
The Opportunity
As Digital Marketing Lead, you'll own the digital engine that powers customer acquisition, lead generation and engagement across our international markets.
You'll work at both a strategic and hands-on level, developing growth initiatives, optimising digital performance and helping build scalable programmes that support global expansion.
Working closely with marketing colleagues, regional teams, external partners and business leaders, you'll ensure our marketing investment delivers measurable commercial outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution and is motivated by building, improving and scaling digital capability within a growing business.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop and execute eShepherd's global digital marketing strategy
Drive customer acquisition through paid media, SEO, conversion optimisation, and digital campaigns
Manage agency and platform partnerships to ensure maximum performance and return on investment
Use data, analytics, and experimentation to improve lead quality, pipeline contribution, and growth outcomes
Partner with agencies and technology providers to maximise performance and innovation
Work closely with regional marketing teams to enable consistent, scalable growth programmes worldwide
Identify emerging opportunities across digital platforms, marketing technology and AI-enabled solutions:
Initially, this will look like
Assessing current digital performance and identifying the biggest growth opportunities across markets
Optimising paid search, social, website, and lead generation activities to improve customer acquisition
Strengthening marketing automation capabilities to enhance lead nurturing and lifecycle engagement
Building actionable dashboards that connect marketing performance to commercial outcomes
Developing scalable playbooks that can be replicated as new regions launch
The Fit
You'll bring a combination of strategic thinking, commercial acumen and strong digital marketing expertise.
You'll likely come from a digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation or customer acquisition background and have a track record of delivering measurable business results.
To succeed, you'll bring:
Proven success driving customer acquisition, lead generation and growth through digital channels
Experience across paid media, SEO, website optimisation, CRM and marketing automation
Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Experience working across multiple markets, regions or customer segments
Confidence influencing stakeholders and managing external partners
A proactive, curious and results-focused mindset
Experience in a growth-stage, technology, SaaS or innovation-led business would be advantageous
