The Opportunity:
Gallagher is looking for someone who can jump in and help keep our repair operations running smoothly over the next six months, supporting everything from repair administration and customer communications to inventory coordination and workflow management. This is an in-office role located in our Riverside, MO office. Compensation for this position ranges from $20.00 to $23.00, depending on experience.
What you'll be doing:
Manage the intake process for incoming repairs, including receiving, inspecting, and accurately documenting equipment and products.
Coordinate repair workflows from receipt through completion, ensuring repairs are assigned appropriately and progress efficiently through the process.
Maintain accurate repair, inventory, warranty, and customer records using SAP, CRM, and other business systems.
Support repair administration activities, including warranty verification, repair approvals, quotations, invoicing support, and product disposition decisions.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, dealers, and internal teams by providing updates on repair status, approvals, shipping, and follow-up activities.
Prepare completed repairs for shipment, ensuring all required documentation and records are accurate and complete.
Triage and route incoming technical support requests, emails, and customer inquiries to the appropriate team members for resolution.
Receive, organize, and maintain repair parts inventory to support technician productivity and inventory accuracy.
Maintain departmental records, reports, documentation, filing systems, and data entry to support efficient repair operations and compliance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a high-quality customer experience and smooth day-to-day repair operations.
What you'll bring:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous administrative, customer service, office support, or technical support experience.
Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience supporting repair, service, or technical support operations.
Working knowledge of CRM systems.
Experience with inventory management and order processing.
Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and logistics processes.
Basic understanding of electronics or technical products.
Experience in a manufacturing, equipment, agricultural, or technical service environment.
