Experience troubleshooting products and assisting customers with technical inquiries.

Experience using hand tools and working with electronics.
Soldering experience is an asset but not required.
Basic computer proficiency, including:
Windows Operating Systems
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
