The Opportunity

We’re looking for an M365 Engineer to join our Network & Platforms team, helping to support and evolve our Microsoft 365 environment across the business.

This is a hands-on role with a good mix of operational support, platform improvement, and project work. You’ll work across core Microsoft technologies including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune and Entra ID — helping ensure our environment is secure, reliable, and continuously improving.

One day might involve troubleshooting a complex user or endpoint issue; the next could see you rolling out new policies, improving automation, or helping introduce new platform capabilities.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, likes solving problems properly, and wants to keep building their technical depth in a modern cloud-first environment.

What you’ll bring

You’re an intermediate engineer, and you’ll likely be coming from a Systems Engineer, Cloud Engineer or M365 support background, and be ready for a role with more ownership and technical breadth.

We’re looking for:

• 2–5 years’ experience working with Microsoft 365 / Office 365

• Hands-on experience across services like Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint or OneDrive

• Exposure to Intune / Endpoint Manager for device or application management

• Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, including MFA, groups and access management

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work issues through end-to-end

• Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style

Nice to have:

• Exposure to Conditional Access, compliance or broader M365 security tooling

• PowerShell or automation experience

• Experience working in hybrid environments or with Active Directory
