We’re looking for someone who grew up around livestock, knows what good grazing looks like, and gets genuinely excited about how technology can transform the way farms operate.

To keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, we need an Animal Production Specialist who can bridge the world of commercial farming with the science behind our technology.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the person who makes sure our virtual fencing system works brilliantly in the real world on real farms, with real cattle, across different geographies and production systems.

• Get out on farm regularly, observing cattle behaviour, running trials, troubleshooting in the paddock, and building genuine relationships with our producer partners

• Design and execute on-farm research and validation trials to test performance across different grazing systems and seasonal conditions

• Translate what you see and learn into insights that shape our product, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams

• Own the animal behaviour and welfare science behind our features, ensuring everything we build is evidence-based and welfare-aligned

• Help farmers get the most out of the platform through practical, field-tested guidance

What you will bring

• Hands-on experience in commercial livestock systems, beef, dairy, or mixed, and a strong understanding of what drives production decisions at farm level

• A degree in Animal Science, Agricultural Science, or similar

• Natural curiosity, you ask why, observe carefully, and don’t stop until you understand what’s actually happening

• Experience designing trials, collecting data, and clearly presenting findings

• Confidence working with technology, understanding system behaviour, contributing to troubleshooting, and identifying opportunities for improvement

• Strong data capability, Excel, R, Python, or SQL

• A self-starter mindset, able to manage your workload, adapt when things change, and keep moving forward

• A full, clean driver’s licence and willingness to travel to farm sites as required, including internationally
