About Gallagher – Animal Management
Our purpose at Gallagher is ‘Protect what matters most’, and we live it every day.
Within Animal Management, we’re using world-leading technology to make farming more productive, sustainable, and connected. From our headquarters in Hamilton, our solutions are used in over 160 countries — helping farmers operate smarter while supporting animal welfare and environmental outcomes.
When you join Gallagher, you’re joining a global business grounded in strong values, innovation, and a genuine commitment to its people.
The Opportunity
Step into a role that shapes the future of technology at Gallagher. You’ll be at the heart of digital commerce and marketing systems for our Animal Management business, driving initiatives from concept to delivery. Partnering across marketing, IS, and external teams, you’ll bring clarity and momentum to a complex digital ecosystem.
This is a role with real influence - turning customer and business needs into tangible outcomes, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring every digital investment creates meaningful impact. If you love seeing your ideas come to life and making technology work smarter for the business, this is your stage.
What you’ll do
Own and coordinate digital commerce and marketing initiatives end-to-end
Act as the key link between marketing, internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
Translate business needs into clear requirements and priorities
Guide initiatives through planning and approval frameworks, including Big Room Planning (BRP)
Drive optimisation and performance across digital platforms
Support strong data practices to enable better customer insight and personalisation
Champion continuous improvement, adoption, and best practice
The Fit
You might come from an eCommerce background, Project Management, Digital Project, or Delivery background - and you’re looking for a role where you can stay close to delivery, but have more influence over what gets prioritised and why.
You’re someone who enjoys operating between business and technology, with a strong understanding of how digital platforms, systems, and data come together to deliver commercial and customer value.
You’re comfortable working cross functionally‑, confident setting priorities, and able to balance stakeholder needs without trying to be all things to all people. You bring structure, clarity, and momentum - and you’re ready to step into a role with real influence in a complex, global environment.
To succeed in this role, you’ll also bring:
3+ years’ experience in roles such as Digital Platform Manager, Marketing Technology Manager, Marketing Operations Manager, or Digital Project Manager
Experience working with CMS, eCommerce platforms, and analytics tools (e.g. Sitecore, SAP Commerce, Google Analytics or similar)
A strong ownership mindset and comfort managing change and enhancements
Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
The ability to prioritise and juggle multiple initiatives in a fast‑moving environment
Our Working Style
We’re an office-first organisation, typically working 3–4 days on site, with flexibility built in to support collaboration and focus time. You’ll be part of a high-performing, supportive team that values clear communication, shared goals, and working together to deliver outcomes that really make a difference.
