About the Role
As Product Lifecycle Operations Lead within our Security Operations team, you’ll ensure product lifecycle decisions are executed effectively across the business. Working closely with Product, you’ll act as the bridge between roadmap strategy and operational delivery, translating decisions into clear, coordinated actions. From new product introduction through to end-of-life, you’ll take ownership of the operational lifecycle across the Security portfolio.
You will:
Support product launches with forecasting and operational readiness planning
Manage component and finished goods obsolescence, including last-time buys and inventory run-down
Raise and progress ECNs, and manage lifecycle status, BOM and route updates
Monitor SLOB and support provisioning and end-of-life decisions with Finance
Maintain accurate master data including part numbers, BOMs, routes, hierarchy and labels
Support compliance requirements (HTS, ECCN, tariffs and related data)
Lead regular lifecycle alignment forums with Product and Supply Chain, capturing actions and ensuring execution
Translate technical product decisions into clear operational impacts
About You
You’re organised, commercially minded, and confident collaborating across both technical and operational teams. You understand how product decisions affect supply, inventory, costs, and the overall customer experience, and you know how to translate plans into clear, practical actions that deliver results. You bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach, ensuring processes run smoothly while supporting continuous improvement.
You’ll bring:
Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (introduction, run-out, end-of-life planning)
Experience managing product obsolescence and inventory risk
Ability to translate technical product decisions into operational actions
Strong attention to data quality and process governance
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance
Advantageous: SAP experience, supply chain exposure, and experience with barcode systems or label management.
