About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Engagement Administrator to join our Gallagher Security team in our Southport office on the Gold Coast.
In this pivotal support role, you’ll enable effective partner, customer, and internal engagement across the Australian Security business. Working closely with the Engagement & Onboarding Manager and wider sales team, you’ll provide the operational, administrative, and customer-facing support that underpins partner experience, sales activity, and engagement initiatives.
You’ll act as a central coordination point for channel partners, consultants, technology partners and end users - ensuring enquiries are managed efficiently, follow-ups are completed, and communication flows smoothly across teams. Your contribution will directly support partner experience, sales effectiveness, and business growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys structured coordination, working cross-functionally, and contributing to commercial outcomes through strong organisation and attention to detail, while supporting the full sales enablement lifecycle.
Your role at a glance:
• Provide day-to-day administrative and engagement support to the Australian Sales team and external partners, acting as a central coordination point for partner and customer enquiries
• Prepare accurate quotes, estimates, bills of materials, Care Plan quotations and purchase orders, while identifying complementary or supplementary product opportunities and escalating where appropriate
• Coordinate and deliver sales enablement resources across the sales lifecycle, utilising Gallagher sales tools, technical resources and collateral to support internal teams and partners
• Maintain accurate CRM and system records to ensure reporting integrity, pipeline visibility and effective partner management
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Head Office teams to resolve queries, support partner communication and outreach, and contribute to continuous improvement through feedback and insights
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re highly organised, responsive, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced commercial environment. You enjoy being the person who keeps things moving, ensures accuracy, and brings structure to busy teams.
You combine strong administrative capability with commercial awareness and take pride in delivering a consistent, professional experience for partners and customers. You’re also motivated by contributing to partner success and supporting engagement programmes that drive long-term value.
What you’ll bring:
• Proven administrative or coordination experience, ideally within a sales, customer success or customer engagement environment
• Exposure to supporting customer success, enablement and/or engagement programmes (advantageous)
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and experience using CRM systems (SAP experience advantageous)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging both internally and externally
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills with strong follow-through
• High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in quoting and documentation
• Confidence navigating systems and learning new tools
• Professionalism, integrity, initiative and reliability
• Ability to work collaboratively while managing tasks independently
• Willingness to build and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Gallagher Security products and services
