The Opportunity
We are looking for an eCommerce intern that will support the optimization of product detail pages and brand presence across third-party marketplaces to improve visibility, conversion, and overall sales performance. Gain hands-on experience in marketplace strategy, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to real revenue-driving initiatives.
Marketplace Listing Accuracy & Optimization
Support the updating and maintenance of product detail pages (PDPs), brand storefronts, and listings across third-party marketplaces to ensure accuracy, consistency, compliance, and strong digital shelf presence.
Digital Shelf Performance & Visibility
Assist in analyzing marketplace search visibility, category placement, content performance, and competitive positioning to help identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.
Marketplace Analytics & Reporting
Collect, organize, and interpret data from marketplace analytics tools and performance reports to support growth initiatives and ongoing optimization efforts.
Creative Asset Development
Assist in designing and updating marketplace graphics, infographics, and enhanced content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or GIMP to improve brand presentation and conversion.
Pricing & Brand Compliance Support
Support the development of clear, compelling visual and written content tailored for third-party marketplace audiences.
Contribute to the optimization of creative assets and listing content based on performance data, keyword trends, and marketplace best practices.
Monitor marketplace pricing activity and assist in supporting UMAP adherence efforts by identifying potential violations and escalating concerns as needed.
Support initiatives aimed at increasing average order value, improving conversion rates, and driving overall marketplace revenue growth.
Ensure assigned deliverables meet brand standards, marketplace requirements, and internal quality expectations.
Qualifications and / or Experience:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and eCommerce principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
