We are expanding our footprint in Europe, and we’re looking for a Customer Success Representative to support the success of our award-winning eShepherd™ virtual fencing solution.
Based in Wageningen, you’ll work closely with livestock producers across the continent to help them adopt and thrive with our cutting-edge technology.
The Opportunity
This is a dynamic, customer-facing role based in our Wageningen office, where you’ll act as an Account Manager for our customers.
You’ll onboard new users, deliver training, and build long-term relationships that drive retention and growth. Your interactions with customers will primarily take place via phone, email, and virtual meetings, allowing you to support farmers across Europe - all from the office.
You’ll also play a key role in identifying opportunities for expansion and helping customers evolve their operations through strategic use of eShepherd™.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Onboard and train new customers across Europe, ensuring a smooth start with eShepherd™
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to optimise virtual fencing systems
- Build trusted relationships and act as a strategic advisor to livestock producers
- Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on retention, renewals, and upselling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer insights and drive product improvements
- Occasionally travel to farms and events across Europe to support customers in person
What You’ll Bring
- Fluency in English and at least two other European languages (e.g. Dutch, German, French, Spanish)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer relationships
- A background in agriculture, business, or technology (degree preferred)
- Experience in customer success, account management, or sales - ideally in AgTech or a startup environment
- A proactive mindset and genuine desire to help farmers succeed
- A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel occasionally across Europe
