The Opportunity
This is a dynamic, customer-facing role based in our Wageningen office, where you’ll act as an Account Manager for our customers.
You’ll onboard new users, deliver training, and build long-term relationships that drive retention and growth. Your interactions with customers will primarily take place via phone, email, and virtual meetings, allowing you to support farmers across Europe - all from the office.
You’ll also play a key role in identifying opportunities for expansion and helping customers evolve their operations through strategic use of eShepherd™.
What You’ll Be Doing
Onboard and train new customers across Europe, ensuring a smooth start with eShepherd™
Provide ongoing support and guidance to optimise virtual fencing systems
Build trusted relationships and act as a strategic advisor to livestock producers
Manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on retention, renewals, and upselling
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer insights and drive product improvements
Occasionally travel to farms and events across Europe to support customers in person
What You’ll Bring
Fluency in English and at least two other European languages (e.g. Dutch, German, French, Spanish)
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer relationships
A background in agriculture, business, or technology (degree preferred)
Experience in customer success, account management, or sales - ideally in AgTech or a startup environment
A proactive mindset and genuine desire to help farmers succeed
A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel occasionally across Europe
