The Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Development Manager to lead the growth of Gallagher’s perimeter fencing solutions across Asia.
Based remotely in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam with regular travel across Asia, you’ll be a key member of our Rest of World (ROW) Sales team, working closely with distributors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to drive strategic sales outcomes.
You’ll drive growth by:
Building strong relationships with distributors, consultants, and strategic partners
Leading tenders, contract negotiations, and product training initiatives
Identifying new market opportunities and feeding insights into product development
Managing sales pipelines and supporting regional marketing efforts
Representing Gallagher in key industry forums and customer engagements
The Fit
You're a bold self-starter. You’re results-driven and you’re equipped with a sharp instinct for opportunity. You have a proven track record in international sales, channel development, and consultative selling. You thrive in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments and know how to navigate complex sales cycles with confidence.
Whether you're pitching to a distributor in Jakarta or negotiating a deal in Bangkok, you bring deep knowledge of land management systems and hands-on experience with perimeter fencing technologies.
You’re not just independent - you’re unstoppable when given the freedom to build business cases, forge strategic partnerships, and close high-impact deals.
To succeed in this role, you’ll also need:
Proven experience in international sales and channel development
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and travel internationally
Experience in wildlife, conservation, or land management sectors
Foreign language skills (especially regional languages) are a plus
Japanese language skills would be an advantage
