The Opportunity

We’re open to applications from candidates across Australia, though ideally you’ll be based on the Gold Coast to work from our Southport office. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our training platforms while delivering impactful learning experiences to channel partners, end-users, consultants, and staff.

As a Training Solutions Engineer, you’ll bring together technical expertise and a passion for training delivery and platform innovation. You’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our training systems seamless, relevant, and continually evolving - helping customers and partners unlock the full value of Gallagher solutions.

Your role at a glance:

• Deliver engaging, technically focused training sessions to channel partners and customers
• Support and enhance Gallagher Security product training platforms with up-to-date product knowledge
• Contribute to simulator environments and training content creation
• Ensure training materials remain current with product and software releases, including updates and testing
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to improve training systems and processes
• Represent Gallagher in-market, reinforcing our reputation as the trusted choice in security solutions

The Fit

We’re seeking a high performing professional with both technical know-how and strong people skills. You’ll have the ability to engage learners, adapt to different audiences, and deliver training that leaves a lasting impression.

What you’ll bring:

• Gallagher Security product experience (Command Centre and hardware)
• Background in technical training, support, or systems engineering
• Strong knowledge of IS networking, TCP/IP, operating systems, and troubleshooting
• Adult teaching or training delivery experience with engaging presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to balance technical depth with clear, accessible explanations
• A proactive approach with strong organisational skills to manage competing demands
