The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Event and Marketing Manager to join our Warwick-based team. Reporting to the European Marketing Manager, this is a hands-on role where your primary focus will be leading the design, coordination, and delivery of standout events across the UK, Nordics, and Benelux. From conferences and trade shows to high-value customer engagement experiences, you’ll bring structure, creativity, and polish to every event you lead.
Alongside this, you’ll support regional marketing activity, including campaign execution, communications, and engagement programmes that help bring our solutions to life for channel partners, consultants, and end customers. Working closely with the European Sales Team and our Global Marketing team in New Zealand, you’ll help strengthen Gallagher’s profile and support business growth across the region.
Your role at a glance:
- Lead the planning and delivery of high-impact events across the UK and Europe
- Own logistics, content coordination, communications, and vendor management
- Ensure each event reflects our brand, drives engagement, and delivers measurable outcomes
- Support regional marketing campaigns and digital activity
- Develop and maintain collateral and communications aligned with brand guidelines
- Contribute to reporting and insight sharing with stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and global marketing teams
The Fit
We’re looking for someone who brings strong event management capability, supported by solid experience across marketing communications. You’ll be structured, detail-focused, and comfortable balancing operational delivery with creative execution.
What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale B2B events end-to-end
- A degree-level marketing qualification or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years’ experience across events and marketing communications
- Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills
- Confidence managing suppliers, agencies, and budgets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite, SEO, or social media experience is a bonus
