The Opportunity

We’re seeking a highly experienced senior leader with exceptional commercial acumen to drive the growth and strategic success of Gallagher’s Cloud Services Portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will oversee the commercial performance, strategy, and long-term positioning of a portfolio critical to Gallagher’s SaaS ambitions and global competitiveness.

You’ll set the vision across multiple squads, partnering with leaders in product, sales, delivery, and operations to ensure initiatives deliver real commercial impact and customer value. This is a rare opportunity to influence Gallagher’s global cloud strategy and expand the reach of our innovative security solutions.

In this role you will:

• Define and execute a forward-looking portfolio strategy that drives commercial growth, global relevance, and customer impact
• Make investment decisions that prioritise initiatives delivering the highest return and market differentiation
• Lead and develop a team of Value Stream Leads and product leaders, fostering accountability, growth, and performance
• Champion clarity, alignment, and momentum across squads and stakeholders to ensure strategic priorities are achieved
• Represent the Cloud Services portfolio in executive and external forums, building trust and confidence with stakeholders and customers
• Be based locally, working closely with a high-performing team in the office
• Enjoy opportunities for international travel, collaborating with global teams and stakeholders

The Fit

You are a commercially driven, strategic leader with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through complex portfolios. You bring leadership maturity, systematic thinking, and a strong customer focus.

You’ll bring:

• Extensive experience leading commercial or product portfolios in B2B or SaaS enterprise contexts
• A proven ability to prioritise investments, optimise business cases, and maximise portfolio returns
• Expertise in translating strategy into actionable, customer-focused initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Leadership experience fostering high-performing teams and cross-functional collaboration
• Exceptional communication skills to convey strategy and impact with clarity and confidence
