The Opportunity

Join a high-performing, collaborative team at the heart of our Security Operations function. Reporting to the Pricing & Performance Manager, you’ll work closely with teams across the business from Sales and Marketing to Product and Information Services, delivering insights that enable smarter, more confident decision-making. This newly created role reflects our global growth and the increasing demand for high-quality analytics to support performance and innovation.

You’ll be the driving force behind our self-serve visual hub, shaping how data is used across the business. Through meaningful dashboards and reports, you’ll bring clarity to complexity, while also supporting key tools like the Security Estimator and our Performance-Based Discount Program – both critical to enabling global success.

Be at the heart of strategic insights:

• Deliver powerful Power BI dashboards that support data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand and meet their reporting needs
• Uncover opportunities for growth through data storytelling and analysis
• Maintain and evolve reporting tools to improve consistency and efficiency
• Champion a strong data culture and drive best-practice use of analytics

The Fit

You’re naturally curious, thrive on solving complex problems, and know how to turn numbers into narratives. Whether it’s streamlining a dashboard or supporting a cross-functional team, you bring energy, collaboration, and a detail-focused mindset to everything you do.

Your strengths will include:

• A tertiary qualification in Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or similar
• Hands-on experience with enterprise systems and data modelling
• Proven skills in data analysis, visualisation, and reporting (Power BI experience ideal)
• Strong communication skills and a knack for simplifying complexity
• A growth mindset and a proactive, collaborative working style
