About the role

This isn't your typical contact centre role. As a Customer Services Representative, you'll be a key point of contact for Gallagher customers and reseller partners across New Zealand.

You'll support customers with enquiries, orders, pricing, and product information while working closely with our sales, logistics, technical support, and marketing teams. Every day brings something different, and you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the outstanding service Gallagher is known for.

You'll gain exposure to:

• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and technical teams

What you'll be doing

• Supporting customers and resellers with enquiries and orders

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Providing product, pricing, and service information

• Resolving customer issues and coordinating solutions with internal teams

• Keeping customers updated on order progress and delivery timelines

• Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation

• Building strong relationships with customers and reseller partners

• Supporting the wider sales team with customer and account activities

• Sharing customer feedback and insights to help improve the customer experience

About you

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a genuine interest in New Zealand agriculture.

You'll bring:

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, retail, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• A customer-first mindset

• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Confidence using business systems and technology

• A positive, team-focused attitude

We'd also love to see:

• Agricultural, farming, or rural industry knowledge

• Experience working with SAP or similar business systems

• A relevant qualification in agriculture or agribusiness
