About the Role
We're looking for a Decision Analyst to join our Operations Reporting & Insights team and help transform data into meaningful business decisions.
This is more than a reporting role. You'll work closely with leaders across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and commercial teams to understand business challenges, uncover insights, and provide evidence-based recommendations that drive action and measurable outcomes.
You'll play a key role in helping the business move from reporting on performance to understanding what the data is telling us, why it's happening, and what actions should be taken next.
A key focus of this role will be improving the pace at which high-quality insights are delivered, helping stakeholders move from question to decision faster while maintaining accuracy, context, and trust in the analysis.
Key responsibilities include:
Partnering with stakeholders to define business problems and decision requirements.
Conducting data analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
Delivering actionable insights and recommendations that support business objectives.
Prioritising and delivering timely, decision-ready insights that enable stakeholders to respond quickly to operational risks, opportunities, and performance issues.
Supporting KPI development, performance measurement, and reporting governance.
Using tools such as Power BI, SQL, Databricks, Excel, and AI-enabled analytics to generate insights.
Collaborating with operational leaders and technical teams to improve business performance and decision-making.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across Operations.
About You
You're naturally curious, analytical, and enjoy solving problems. You can confidently work with data but also understand the importance of building relationships and communicating insights in a way that drives action.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Experience in business analysis, operations analysis, reporting, analytics, or a related field.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience interpreting data and translating findings into practical recommendations.
Knowledge of tools such as Power BI, SQL, Excel, Databricks, or similar analytics platforms.
A relevant qualification in analytics, business, supply chain, operations, finance, information systems, or equivalent experience.
A proactive mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
Comfort working at pace, managing competing priorities, and delivering practical insights within business timeframes without compromising quality or credibility.
Experience within manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, planning, inventory, or other operational environments would be highly advantageous.
