The Opportunity

We're looking for a Technical Training Advisor to help transform technical expertise into exceptional learning experiences. Reporting to the Content & Design Lead, you'll use your in-depth knowledge of Gallagher Security products to develop and enhance training content that is technically accurate, engaging, and easy to understand.

Working closely with Product, Engineering, Training Delivery, and Learning Design teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers, channel partners, and internal teams have access to high-quality learning experiences that build knowledge, capability, and confidence

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing expert technical product input to support the creation, review and improvement of learning content

• Reviewing learning designs, storyboards and modules to ensure technical accuracy, clarity and simplicity

• Writing clear technical content that turns complex concepts into practical, easy-to-understand learning

• Keeping up to date with Gallagher Security product developments, including Command Centre and hardware updates

• Supporting training simulator testing and helping maintain high-quality training assets

• Responding to training systems support queries, marking online courses and providing feedback to trainees when required

About You

You're a technically credible communicator who enjoys sharing knowledge and helping others succeed. Drawing on your hands-on experience with Gallagher Security solutions, you can simplify complex concepts, create practical learning experiences, and build trusted relationships across Product, Engineering, Training, and customer-facing teams.

You’ll bring:

• Experience working with and supporting Gallagher Command Centre and Gallagher Security hardware

• A relevant qualification or proven experience in a technical product-focused role

• The ability to explain complex technical information clearly, simply and confidently

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of audiences

• Experience and understanding of Access Control industry. Experience and understanding of Installers, Technicians and Customers preferred.

• A good understanding of networking, device troubleshooting and technical support environments

• Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgement and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
