The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Business Support Administrator to provide trusted support across Gallagher Security. Reporting to the Chief of Staff - Security, you’ll be at the heart of the business, helping coordinate meetings, events, travel, communications, and administrative processes that keep teams connected, informed, and operating effectively.
This is a varied role with broad exposure across the business, offering the opportunity to build strong relationships, support key initiatives, and make a meaningful impact through exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing day-to-day administrative support and coordination for the Security team
Managing calendars, meetings and team events
Organising travel, accommodation, visas and conference registrations
Maintaining office facilities, stationery and SharePoint content
Supporting workflow, project administration and RDTI compliance
Contributing to team building, knowledge sharing and process improvements
About You
You’re an experienced administrator who combines exceptional organisation with a proactive, can-do approach. Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, you enjoy supporting others, finding smarter ways of working, and ensuring the details are taken care of so teams can focus on delivering great outcomes.
You’ll bring:
Proven experience providing high-quality administration support in a busy team or business environment
Strong organisation, project coordination and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and keep work moving
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when managing information, tasks and deadlines
Confident communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across different teams and stakeholders
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with Project Web App, Power BI or SharePoint would be an advantage
