About the Role
This is a high impact role leading the delivery of the Salesforce implementation as part of a broader overhaul of our Revenue Operations technology stack.
You’ll work across commercial, sales, finance, operations, and IT to deliver a platform that improves how we operate globally, from customer insight through to revenue performance and data integrity.
This role goes beyond delivery. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the solution is embedded successfully, driving adoption across regions and making sure the business realises real value from the change.
Whether you’re an experienced Project Manager or stepping up from a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator role, you’ll bring hands-on experience delivering a successful Salesforce implementation and the ability to navigate complexity, influence stakeholders, and deliver outcomes.
As part of #TeamGallagher you will:
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a global Salesforce implementation from initiation through to go live and stabilisation
• Work across multiple functions to align commercial, operational, and technical outcomes and ensure the solution delivers real business value
• Act as the key link between business teams, IT, and external partners, building strong relationships to drive alignment, decisions, and progress
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and governance while providing clear, concise updates to senior stakeholders and steering groups
• Support change, adoption, and business readiness, ensuring successful uptake across regions and a smooth transition into BAU
About You
You enjoy working across both business and technology and thrive in environments where there’s complexity, pace, and real impact.
You might come from a Project Management background or be stepping up from a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator role. What matters most is your experience contributing to a Salesforce implementation and your ability to drive outcomes.
You’ll bring:
• Experience working on a Salesforce implementation or transformation
• Exposure to delivering complex, cross functional projects
• Strong planning, organisation, and problem solving skills
• Confidence communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders
• The ability to navigate ambiguity and keep things moving forward
• Strong background in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
