About the Role

We’re looking for a curious, adaptable Software Engineer to join our Internal Platform team. You’ll help other development teams go faster by building tools, processes, and guidelines, while maintaining and improving quality across our internal services and infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who loves to learn, enjoys solving problems, and thrives in a collaborative, agile environment.

In this role, you’ll support both the team and our wider developer community, balancing development work with guidance and support:

• Develop and maintain internal tools and services that help other development teams deliver efficiently

• Provide guidance, support, and solutions to help developers solve technical challenges

• Collaborate with your squad and across teams in a flexible, agile environment

• Take ownership of your learning and contribute ideas for improving team practices, infrastructure, and processes

About You

We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, eager to learn, and able to pick up new concepts, languages, and areas quickly:

• You enjoy problem-solving and can break down complex challenges into actionable steps

• You thrive in a collaborative environment and can follow guidance while thinking independently

• You’re motivated to grow, experiment, and learn rather than needing experience with a long list of technologies

• Experience with C# would be helpful, as it’s widely used in our environment, but it is not essential
