About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Electronics Testing Engineer who takes ownership of how products are proven, not just whether they pass.
In this role, you’ll design and build production test systems that directly impact product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and customer outcomes. Working closely with R&D, NPI, and Electronics Manufacturing teams, ensuring new products are not only functional—but testable, scalable, and production-ready.
This is a hands-on engineering role with real influence. You’ll be trusted to solve problems on the floor, improve how testing is done, and ensure the reliability of products.
Your focus will include:
• Designing and building high-quality production test fixtures and equipment
• Collaborating with R&D and NPI teams to support new product introduction
• Ensuring all test equipment meets safety regulations and compliance standards
• Providing responsive factory support to resolve test system issues and maintain production targets
• Recording and managing fixture updates, script changes, and ECN documentation
• Sourcing and liaising with external suppliers for parts and servicing test equipment
• Maintaining safe, organised working environments aligned with 6S principles
• Contributing ideas that drive continuous improvement in testing processes and systems
About You
You’re an experienced engineer who enjoys getting close to the hardware—someone who can move between bench work, problem-solving, and collaborating across teams
You don’t just run tests—you think critically about how testing should be done better.
Must-haves:
• Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Engineering OR 5 years work experience
• Proven experience in electronics testing, production engineering, or similar roles
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Hands-on experience building, modifying, or maintaining test setups or fixtures
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive mindset and commitment to quality and safety
Nice-to-haves:
• Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI)
• Understanding of PCB design and electronics manufacturing processes
• Experience with test scripting, automation, or data capture systems
