About the Role

As part of our People Business Partner team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our employees have a positive and engaging journey throughout their lifecycle at Gallagher. You will champion and lead effective onboarding processes that ensure a seamless and welcoming integration to the organization that promotes a strong sense of belonging quickly and continues to drive high engagement.
Working in a matrix model, you will be an effective conduit between the People team based in New Zealand, and the Americas team based near Atlanta, Georgia. You will drive the implementation of key programmes of work into region and be a trusted advisor on all things ‘people’ to coach and support leaders to confidently navigate people processes through the full employee lifecycle.
About You
This role has plenty of variety and a really broad scope, so you’ll need to be a strong HR Generalist to excel in this role.
Ideally, you will have:
A collaborative approach, with a passion for working in true partnership model
A balance of strategic thinking and operational action
Competence and confidence to lead, guide, and support people processes
Experience designing and facilitating onboarding process
A passion for growth, development and talent strategies that drive high engagement and high retention
Enthusiasm to contribute new ideas and fresh thinking
