The Opportunity

Own and evolve Gallagher’s finance systems landscape to enable accurate, timely reporting and continuous improvement. You’ll manage financial master data, support SAP ERP (with S/4HANA on the horizon), troubleshoot issues, and partner with Finance and IT to streamline processes and guide system enhancements.

In this role you’ll:

• Support and continuously improve Gallagher’s finance systems across NZ and offshore entities
• Administer financial master data and provide SAP FICO support
• Capture requirements for system changes and drive process efficiencies
• Maintain data integrity, controls, and reliable reporting flows
• Contribute to the ERP replacement project (likely S/4HANA) and post-go-live support
• Deliver training and guidance to ensure effective system use

You’ll bring:

• A tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance/IT; (CA/CIMA preferred)
• 5+ years’ experience with finance systems, ideally SAP FICO
• Strength in documenting requirements and supporting complex system changes
• Proven project management and ability to manage competing priorities
• Solid data/analytics capability and understanding of integration concepts
• Clear communicator who collaborates well and builds trust across teams
