The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service and Sales Support professional to join our Security team. In this role, you’ll provide world-class support to our Channel Partners and internal Sales teams across New Zealand and Australia.
You’ll be the first point of contact for enquiries, order processing, and day-to-day support - keeping things moving smoothly, accurately, and with a strong customer focus. Whether you’re answering calls, preparing documentation, managing CRM updates, or helping resolve issues, you’ll play a key part in delivering a seamless experience for our partners.

What you’ll be doing:
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, ensuring timely, helpful support
- Manage order entry, quoting, credits/debits, and third-party order processing
- Prepare export and shipping documentation when required
- Track and trace consignments and raise transport claims
- Maintain accurate customer information and interactions in SAP C4C
- Support Sales teams with operational tasks and updates
- Build strong relationships with channel partners and internal teams
- Participate in ongoing training to keep up with product changes and new releases
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and positive team culture
- Provide cover for team members as needed and support broader team objectives

You’re someone who thrives in a busy support environment and genuinely enjoys helping people. You can juggle competing priorities while staying calm, organised, and accurate. You communicate clearly, solve problems proactively, and pick up new systems quickly.
Most importantly, you bring a friendly, customer-centred approach and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in customer service or sales support (around 2 years)
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Confidence working across email, phone, CRM systems, and MS Office
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
- A proactive, team-focused attitude
- Experience with SAP ERP or CRM is an advantage
- Familiarity with freight/logistics processes is beneficial
