The Opportunity
As a Project Engineer in the eShepherd team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative features and next-gen products. You’ll coordinate R&D activities, validate designs, and support production readiness - from plastics tooling and trials to quality approvals.
You’ll work closely with product development, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth implementation of new products and modifications. Your proactive approach will help identify risks early, align stakeholders, and drive project success.
The Fit
You’re a hands-on engineer with a passion for innovation and a knack for coordination. You thrive in cross-functional environments and bring a customer-centric mindset to everything you do.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Tertiary qualification in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering (or related)
- 3+ years of project management and/or manufacturing experience
- Experience with NPI, validation (DV/PV), tooling, and production readiness
- Strong facilitation, communication, and time management skills
- High computer literacy; familiarity with MS Project, SAP, Microsoft 365, Lotus Notes a plus
- A growth mindset and collaborative spirit
- Integrity and relationship-building skills
