The Opportunity
As our Business Development Manager for Southeast Asia, you will be responsible for driving Gallagher’s enterprise and high-security growth across the region. This is a role for a strategic hunter — someone who understands complex technology, navigates sophisticated buying centres, and engages C-level stakeholders with credibility.
You will focus on developing Gallagher’s footprint in key verticals:
- Government / Public Sector
- Critical Infrastructure (energy, utilities, banking, telco)
- Data Centres (colocation, hyperscale, cloud infrastructure)
Your success will come from deep relationship building, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to position Gallagher as the premium choice for enterprises that cannot compromise on security.
What You Will Do
Strategic Growth & Market Development
- Drive new business across Southeast Asia through proactive engagement with end users, consultants, system integrators, and enterprise partners.
- Identify, pursue, and convert high-value opportunities aligned with Gallagher’s strategic verticals.
Engage Senior Stakeholders
- Build trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, CISOs, Heads of Security, Data Centre leaders, facility directors, and government decision makers.
- Influence specifications and standards through strong commercial and technical credibility.
Channel & Consultant Strategy
- Develop strong regional partner ecosystems (system integrators, consultants) ensuring they can successfully promote, sell, and deploy Gallagher solutions.
- Navigate complex procurement cycles common in enterprise and government projects.
Regional Leadership
- Represent Southeast Asia in Gallagher’s global commercial strategy.
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, and product teams across Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
The Fit
- 10+ years in enterprise technology sales (security, SaaS, IT infrastructure, data centre tech, cloud, networking, or cybersecurity).
- A strong network across government, critical infrastructure, banking, telco, or data centre industries.
- Proven success engaging C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Experience building or supporting business across multiple countries.
- A track record of winning complex, long-cycle deals and exceeding commercial targets.
