The Opportunity

Our Animal Performance & Traceability (AP&T) team is at the forefront of combining hardware and software to transform modern farming.

From electronic scales and readers to smart software solutions, the team empowers producers around the world to collect and interpret on-farm data - helping them make better decisions about breeding, selling, and managing livestock. AP&T works closely with the global markets and R&D to deliver innovative, budget-conscious projects that drive real-world outcomes for farmers.

We’re on the hunt for a Project Manager to lead innovative product development - focus with hardware solutions but scope to expand into software over time.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that help farmers make smarter decisions. From factory floor to R&D stand-ups, you’ll be at the centre of bringing ideas to life.

The Fit

You’re a confident and organised leader who thrives in dynamic environments. You know how to manage complex projects, juggle competing priorities, and bring clarity to cross-functional teams. With a strong understanding of product development and manufacturing, you’ll drive delivery and inspire collaboration across the business.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have 3+ years of project management experience
• Bring manufacturing or product development exposure
• Know how to manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholders
• Are confident with Agile/Scrum and tools like MS Project
• Have a strong personality and drive to get things done
