The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join Gallagher as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, supporting our growing global teams. You’ll play a crucial part in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent, ensuring an outstanding candidate & hiring manager experience.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including advertisement posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and communications
- Support hiring managers with interview logistics, system navigation, and candidate management
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate recruitment records and compliance
- Deliver a professional and timely experience for candidates and hiring teams, maintaining proactive communication at every stage
- Assist with background checks, references, and the preparation of employment documentation
- Champion Gallagher’s employer brand by ensuring a positive candidate journey and engaging external talent
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline the recruitment process and enhance hiring outcomes
The Fit
We’re searching for a collaborative, organised, and detail-oriented person who is passionate about candidate care and process excellence. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be confident managing multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in a recruitment coordination, talent acquisition administration, or HR support role
- Excellent organisational skills—able to manage competing deadlines and priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written
- Comfortable working with applicant tracking systems (previous ATS experience an advantage)
- Discretion in handling confidential information
- Continuous improvement mindset and adaptable approach to change
- Friendly, solutions-focused, and committed to high-quality service delivery
