Where do we get your personal data? We collect data: - Directly from you: When you apply, create a profile, or contact us. - From the Career Site: Through cookies and analytics tools (see our Cookie Policy). - From public sources: LinkedIn or your employer’s website. - From others: Our employees, partners, or references you’ve provided. -EU, UK, Australia & New Zealand: We use GDPR-approved safeguards, such as adequacy decisions (including the UK and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework), and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to protect personal data when transferring it across borders. For transfers from Australia and New Zealand to the EU, we rely on SCCs to ensure compliance with cross-border data protection requirements.

How long do we keep your data?

Examples:
- Visitors: Up to 6 months for analytics and security.
-Candidates: We keep your personal data for up to 6 months after the recruitment process ends, to assess your suitability for the role you applied for. If you choose to let us retain your information for future job opportunities, we will keep it for up to 12 months to consider you for other vacancies.

If you’re hired, your data will be managed under our employee privacy policies.
Your privacy rights
